Educational sessions on Elderly Abuse and Fraud

The Active Ageing and Community Care shall be organising seminars on financial abuse and fraud for older persons living in the community. These sessions are intended to raise awareness on the different types of financial abuse and fraud amongst older persons, how older persons can avoid going through such abuse and whom or where to contact in such cases.

These seminars will be held in the following localities:  Paola, Birkirkara, St. Paul’s Bay, Marsascala and Żurrieq.  Applications are now open for the seminar which will be held at:

  • Saint Paul’s Bay Active Ageing Centre on 24th April 2023
  • Marsascala Active Ageing Centre on 15th May 2023
  • Żurrieq Active Ageing Centre on 2nd June 2023
